Afternoon Tea by the River Cam at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel, Cambridge

We sat outside the restaurant at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel which directly overlooks the River Cam. A perfect location to enjoy eating out on a warm, sunny day.

The perfect way to spend a lovely summer day

Last week I had a rather splendid Afternoon Tea with a friend at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel which is in the most beautiful location overlooking the River Cam, in Cambridge. We enjoyed our Afternoon Tea whilst watching the antics of people in hired punts gliding past. Afternoon Tea is served from 1pm-6.30pm every day, at a reasonably priced £19.50 a head. Highly recommended for the food, the service and the ambience, this hotel restaurant is ideal for visitors to Cambridge, and a special occasion/celebration place.
